Paris Hilton can be put to prison

The Office of Public Prosecutor of Los Angeles will achieve a canceling of conditional term for Paris Hilton, who has been condemned for driving of the car in a socially dangerous way in state of alcoholic intoxication.
Accusers are assured, that Paris has broken a mode of a trial period, when the last month she tried to drive with the cancelled rights. The representative of Office of Public Prosecutor has informed, that there are enough proofs of that her rights have been illegal and that she knew about it.
If the court will support Public Prosecutor, Paris Hilton will be imprisoned for 90 days. Judicial hearings are appointed on April, 17th.
On September, 7th, 2006 Hilton has been detained in Hollywood. Her car was stopped with police. Guards have paid attention that Hilton behaved as she was drunk. On a place of detention Paris has been asked to pass the alcohol test, which has confirmed suspicion.
