Spears is allowed to visit her sons
6 October 2007Yesterday child custody hearing on Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s case took place. But Britney has not again come to the court. Instead of her she sent her lawyer, who tried to convince the judge that driving without the rights moreover, especially with children, is full misunderstanding. By the way, Britney’s all the same has been allowed to drive.
The judge has had a bad impression, that Britney ignored warnings and has not come to final hearing. But the lawyer has managed to convince the judge that Britney is ready to carry out all his requirements, including alcohol and drug tests.
Having heeded convincing speech of the lawyer, the court has decided, that Britney may visit her children, but only at strict presence of the social worker.
